Recamania is a leading company in the distribution of spare parts for household appliances. With an extensive online catalog and a high volume of logistics operations, its challenge was clear: digitize and scale its operations in order to continue leading the sector with efficiency and speed.

In 2023, Recamania decided to take a decisive step towards digital transformation. It needed a technological solution that would:

The solution: a customized cloud platform

At Ganbaru Smartech, we designed and implemented a fully tailored cloud platform, with a robust and scalable architecture that integrates key systems in its operations. Some of the main milestones of the project include:

Integration with key systems

A3 ERP, ShippyPro, and Beezup: Automatic synchronization of orders, delivery notes, invoices, inventories, and products, eliminating duplicate tasks and manual errors.

Process automation

Configuration of automated workflows for repetitive administrative tasks, which significantly reduced operating times and increased team productivity.

Order and return management

  • Amazon logistics orders: Development of a specific entity to manage logistics shipments with automatic generation of labels, boxes, and tracking.

  • RMA management: Advanced return system with real-time tracking and automated status updates.

Real-time reports and statistics

Development of data analysis dashboards and automatic report generation, allowing informed decisions to be made in record time.

Thanks to the new Cloud Platform developed, Recamania has achieved a significant reduction in operating costs while considerably increasing the efficiency of its logistics processes. The solution has improved traceability and control at every stage of its operations, enabling more precise and reliable management. In addition, it has enhanced the end-customer experience, making it smoother, faster, and more personalized.
