Dingonatura

Dingonatura, a Spanish benchmark in natural pet food, needed an advanced technological solution to optimize the management of its commercial network and improve its customers' experience. In collaboration with Ganbaru Smartech, we developed a customized CRM platform, integrated with their Microsoft Dynamics ERP, designed to scale and adapt to their specific operations.

Project objectives
  • Centralize the management of customers, orders, promotions and communications.
  • Reduce manual tasks and duplication.
  • Improve the efficiency of internal and commercial teams.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional digital experience for your customers.
  • Ensure native integration with Microsoft Dynamics.

The project was structured in three major functional blocks: a complete administration backoffice for internal managers, an application oriented to the commercial network, and a private area for customers with access to catalog, orders and statistics. This modular architecture not only allows efficient management from different profiles, but also guarantees a progressive evolution of the system, adapting to future needs.

🧠 Centralized and intelligent backoffice
We designed an administration environment that allows you to manage users, roles, promotions, forms, orders and statistics from a single place. All this through an intuitive interface and with real-time synchronization with Dynamics. This guarantees always up-to-date information for the sales team.

📦 Multichannel Order Management
The platform collects orders from the customer area, the future commercial app and the backoffice itself. The read-mode integration with Dynamics ensures data consistency. In addition, it allows administrators to create orders acting as customers or commercials, with the appropriate permissions.

🎯 Advanced promotions engine
We created a flexible and autonomous promotional system, which allows you to configure customized campaigns with advanced conditions (2x1, volume, product discounts, etc.). All easily managed from the backoffice, without the need for developers.

📬 Communications and automation
We incorporate a system for sending emails, SMS and internal notifications, triggered manually or automatically. To this we add an automation module that executes workflows according to dates, events or logical conditions, optimizing operational efficiency.

📊 Reusable Forms
The system allows the creation of dynamic forms for surveys, incidents or internal tasks. These can be configured with multiple field types and reused as needed.

🌐 Private area for customers: self-service at its best.
Customers access their private area from any device to consult the catalog, place orders, download invoices, view their history and personalized statistics. All this with advanced search engines and full synchronization with Dynamics.
